
Since the inauguration in of the Inverell Business Awards in 1998, Inverell Bus
Service has been successful in taking out the top Award both times it has entered the competition. First in 1998 winning the Service Trade Category and again in 2003 winning the Professional Services Category.
Mr Paul Harmon, Inverell Bus Service Manager, says winning these top awards reflects the dedication his organisation has to providing excellent customer service.
Administration Manager of Inverell Bus Service, Cathy
Dyer was delighted with her achievement in the 2002 Institute of Transport
Studies Program attaining her Transport Management Certificate. Cathy recorded
the highest score with an overall average of 94.5%. 
In recognition of her high achievement, Cathy was presented with a plaque, a cheque from the Bus & Coach Association (NSW) as well as receiving her Certificate from Sydney University.
Cathy has
also recently completed her Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management
with Distinction and Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
and is a valued member of the team at Inverell Bus Service.
